By accessing and using MyGharVastu (mygharvastu.com), a product by BrickLogic Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
MyGharVastu provides a Vastu Compliance Analysis service that:
- Analyzes uploaded floor plan images against traditional Vastu Shastra principles
- Combines ancient Vastu wisdom with modern scientific reasoning
- Generates a personalized Vastu Compliance Report in downloadable PDF format
- Provides room-by-room analysis, remedies, and action plans
3. Nature of Service — Disclaimer
Important: MyGharVastu is an informational and educational tool. Our reports are generated for guidance purposes only and should not be considered as a substitute for professional Vastu consultation, architectural advice, or structural engineering assessments.
- The analysis is based on the floor plan image provided by you. Accuracy depends on the quality and clarity of the uploaded image.
- Vastu Shastra is a traditional Indian science of architecture. Interpretations may vary among practitioners.
- We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from following the recommendations in our reports.
- Property decisions (buying, selling, renovating) should not be based solely on our report.
4. User Responsibilities
As a user of MyGharVastu, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information and genuine floor plan images
- Not upload any illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our service
- Not use automated tools or bots to access our service
- Not resell or redistribute generated reports commercially without written permission
5. Payment & Pricing
- Each Vastu Compliance Report is priced at ₹499 (inclusive of all taxes) as a one-time payment.
- Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your payment card details.
- Prices may be revised from time to time. The price at the time of payment will apply to your transaction.
- Successful payment grants you access to one (1) personalized Vastu Compliance Report.
6. Report Delivery
- Reports are generated instantly after successful payment and floor plan analysis.
- Reports are delivered as downloadable PDF files directly in your browser.
- It is your responsibility to download and save the report. We do not store generated reports for later retrieval.
- If you face technical issues during report generation, please contact us for assistance.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content on MyGharVastu including text, design, graphics, logos, icons, and software is the property of BrickLogic Technologies and is protected by Indian copyright and intellectual property laws.
- The generated Vastu report is licensed to you for personal use only.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of our service or reports without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- MyGharVastu and BrickLogic Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific report in question.
- We are not responsible for decisions made based on our reports, including but not limited to property purchases, renovations, or structural modifications.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BrickLogic Technologies, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the service or violation of these terms.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
